A man who goes by the name Woleola Jolayemi on Facebook has taken to his Facebook timeline to narrate his experience as with Leadway Insurance, vying for justice.
Wole said he entered into vehicle insurance with Leadway to cover his Mercedes Benz E 300 2017 Model.
The insured car was involved in an accident with a trailer on Kuba expressway on the 23rd of July 2021. He however presented all necessary documents like the police report issued, yet Leadway Insurance has maliciously refused to reinstate him to his rightful position prior to the accident
He said they have tried to cover up with ambiguous lies in order to refuse the fulfillment of their obligation towards him, questioning the veracity of the accident.
