Empowerment is an enthusiastic, exciting, committing, devoting, and creative activity that uplift the spirit of members of an organization.
Members motivation is all about the level of engaging the drivers, creating cordial relationship between the drivers and Lagos State Parks And Garages, by listening to their complains, grievances on how the operations are being carried out in the parks and garages.
Thus, creating a cordial relationships for a peaceful co existence as into their work.
In this light, the LASPG State Chairman Alhaji Dr. Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya in his own initiative for the betterment of the parks and garages at large, organizes a media outreach in order to be an intermediary between the drivers and the LASPG.
In this regard, the media team also empower the drivers with different working tools such tyres, Jack, batteries, etc…provided by the organization in other to improve the drivers performance and encourage safer use of the road for their safety as well as the commuters, other road users and general public.
This act by the state chairman has made it easy for the driver and members of the parks and garages to operate with good working relationship between the organization and its members.
