Adanma Luke, the producer of the movie in which actor Junior Pope and four others tragically lost their lives in the Anam River incident, has voluntarily surrendered herself to the police.
According to the spokesperson of the Delta state police command, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, Adanma presented herself to the police on Thursday, April 11, and provided a statement regarding the incident.
Additionally, Ikenga revealed that two boat operators implicated in the accident have been apprehended and are currently in police custody.
Furthermore, he said other members of the movie’s cast and crew will be summoned for questioning.
Ikenga reassured the public that the police were conducting a thorough investigation into the incident and pledged that no aspect of the case would be overlooked or dismissed.
