According to an X user, Brownie, the 15-year-old teenager was stopped by area boys on his way home from work, who confiscated his phone and handed him over to security operatives.
Brownie claimed to have spoken with Yusuf’s mother, stating that the area boys actions were motivated by entitlement to the gifts he received during the general election.
However, Yusuf has been charged with theft and assault, with a court trial adjourned to April 28, 2025, with Brownie asserting his innocence.
