JUST-IN: Bandits Storm Mosque in Sokoto, Kill Imam and One Other, Abduct Several Worshippers

Bandits launched an early-morning ass@ult on worshippers observing the Subh prayer in Kiba Ruwa, a community in Sabon-Birni Local Government Area of Sokoto State, on Saturday.
Local sources told Egbe Mekun Parrots that the attackers entered the mosque at dawn and opened fire on the congregation.
Two people, including the imam leading the prayer, were confirmed dead.
Several worshippers were also abducted, though the exact number has not yet been established.
