A police officer identified as Corporal Suleiman Musa (F/No: 517077), serving with the 45 Police Mobile Force (PMF), has been demoted to the rank of Constable for carrying out an unauthorized VIP escort.
According to reports, the officer was caught escorting a VIP last week without official approval, an action considered a serious act of indiscipline and a violation of direct orders issued by both the Inspector-General of Police and the President.
Following internal disciplinary procedures, Musa was stripped of his Corporal rank and reverted to Constable as a consequence of his misconduct.
