Fuji icon and prominent Ijebu son, Prince Anifowoshe Adewale Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (K1), has formally submitted his Member’s Particulars and Linkage form to the Fusengbuwa Ruling House in Ijebu-Ode, signaling his interest in the Awujale stool.
The form, dated December 8, 2025, details K1’s lineage through the Adesanya (Anifowoshe) family unit and was endorsed by the Family Unit Head, confirming its authenticity.
K1’s submission ends weeks of speculation and places him among eligible princes to be screened under traditional succession procedures, which involve verification by kingmakers and final approval by the Ogun State Government.
The Ijebu ode now awaits the next steps in the selection of the new Awujale.
