The Agbesinga Adinni of Ijebu Land, Alhaji High Chief Abiodun Olawale Lawal Abinugbola, today received representatives of the League of Imams and Alfas of Akile Ijebu at his office.
Prominent Islamic leaders and Representatives who attended include the Chief Imam of Ijebu Ife, Chief Imam of Ijebu Imushin, Chief Imam of Waterside and Chief Imam of Oru Ijebu among others.
The gathering provided a platform for dialogue on community development, interfaith cooperation and socio-religious initiatives within Ijebu Land.
The Oluomo of Ijebu Igbo expressed his gratitude to the visiting imams and Alfas, appreciating their commitment to promoting peace, understanding and religious harmony in the community.
This meeting highlights the continued efforts of traditional and religious leaders in Ijebu Land to strengthen relationships and encourage collaborative development across the region.
