MarvelTvUpdates Spotlight: Meet Dr. Adeeko Ayodele Fiyinfoluwa (DAAF), Tinubu’s Youth Development Aide from Ijebu-Igbo

MarvelTvUpdates has taken a closer look at the life and career of Adeeko Ayodele Fiyinfoluwa (DAAF), a respected public figure and youth advocate from Ijebu Igbo in Ogun State, Nigeria.

Dr. Adeeko currently serves as the Senior Special Adviser to the President on Youth Development under the administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu. In this role, he is among the young advisers helping the presidency develop policies and programs that support Nigerian youths.

Over the years, Dr. Adeeko has built a reputation as a youth development strategist, leadership mentor, and advocate for public service. With several professional recognitions attached to his name, including DSC, FCHRM, and FCARN, he has been involved in different initiatives focused on youth empowerment, leadership training and national development.

Coming from Ijebu-Igbo, a town known for producing influential leaders and professionals, his rise to a strategic position in the federal government has attracted attention both within and outside Ogun State. Supporters describe him as a visionary committed to creating opportunities for young Nigerians.

Traditional Recognition

In recognition of his leadership qualities and contributions to society, HRH Alayeluwa Oba Dr. Mufutau Adesesan Yusuf, FAAC, FCIML, FICP, the Sopenlukale of Oke Sopen Kingdom honored Dr. Fiyinfoluwa with the prestigious traditional title of Otunba Mayegun of Oke Sopen Kingdom on December 31st 2025.

The monarch stated that the title was awarded because of Dr. Adeeko’s good character, leadership ability and positive impact in the community.

Family Background

Dr. Adeeko comes from the respected Otubiesu family in Ibido Oke Sopen, Ijebu-Igbo. His grandfather, Late Pa Chief J. A. Adeeko, popularly known as Baba Teacher, held the title of Asalu of Ijebu-Igbo and also served as Oloritun Ibido in the community.

Business and Professional Career

Apart from his role in government, Dr. Adeeko is also a businessman, project management expert, and public administrator with more than a decade of experience in regulatory administration, institutional governance and private-sector leadership.

He is the founder of SEVA Group of Companies, a diversified business group operating in several sectors including energy, consulting, media, technology, hospitality, real estate and social impact.
