A tragic incident occurred in the Funmodara area of Ijebu-Igbo, where four young men were found in their room after reportedly alleged being poisoned, possibly through food or drinks.
Sadly, one victim has been confirmed dead, while the other three remain unconscious and are receiving treatment in the hospital.
The exact cause of the poisoning is still unknown, and it has not yet been established whether the victims are students.
One of the victims had recently purchased a ladies’ bike.
Authorities plan to investigate further once the survivors regain consciousness, in order to uncover the circumstances behind the incident.
The deceased has been identified as Sunday Adigun. May God comfort his family and grant them the strength to bear this great loss.
