The Student Union Government (SUG) of Ekiti State University (EKSU) has officially suspended all activities of Neolife and its affiliated group, Faitherioc Global (FHG), within the university environment.
According to an official memo dated February 11, 2026, the suspension takes immediate effect and covers all meetings, promotions, operations, recruitment drives, and related programmes linked to the two groups on campus.
The SUG stated that the decision followed careful observation and multiple reports concerning the activities of the organisations. The union noted that evidence gathered indicated that their operations had negatively impacted students’ academic focus, mental well-being, and financial stability.
The memo further alleged persistent recruitment efforts, unregulated meetings at odd hours, and pressure on students to prioritise business activities over their academic responsibilities.
In line with its mandate to safeguard student welfare and uphold academic integrity, the SUG advised students to refrain from participating in or promoting any Neolife or FHG-related activities within the university until further notice.
The union warned that any student found violating the directive would face appropriate sanctions.
The notice was signed by the EKSU SUG President, Osunyomi Hezekiah Anjola, and the General Secretary, Ojotu Olamipo Opemipo.
