The Maiyegun of Ijebu-Igbo and also the Otunba Odo Sigboro of Japara, Prince Dr. Babatunde Osibowale Babatomiwa Rowaiye JP, will host members of the Muslim community in Ijebu-Igbo for a Tafsir prayer on Sunday, March 8, 2026.
According to a statement released to Row Radio Online by his Special Adviser on Media and Strategy, Dare Adedotun, the annual Ramadan prayer programme is organised by the Muslim community and sponsored by Dr. Rowaiye.
Other sponsors of the programme include Adegbenro Jamiu Rowaiye, the Giwa Adinni of Ijebu-Igbo, and Ademola Abdul Bahaq Andu.
The Tafsir prayer will take place at Sigboro Lodge Japara in Ijebu‑Igbo and is scheduled to begin at 4:00 pm.
Muslim faithful, as well as sons, daughters, and friends of Ijebu-Igbo, are encouraged to join the spiritual programme by listening live through Rowradio.ng from anywhere in the world.
