Police Arrest Mentally Challenged Man After Dead Baby Is Found in Refuse Dump Along Oru-Ijebu–Ijebu Igbo Highway (VIDEO)

A deceased baby was reportedly discovered in a refuse dump near the Popoola Hospital area in Sawmill, Ijebu Igbo.
According to eyewitnesses, the baby’s body was found inside a dustbin along the Oru-Ijebu to Ijebu Igbo highway, attracting the attention of residents and passersby.
Following the discovery, police officers arrived at the scene and subsequently arrested a mentally challenged man who was allegedly found in possession of the baby’s body, as seen in the video circulating online.
An investigation has commenced to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident, while authorities work to establish the facts of the case.
