A tanker filled with PMS was reported to have exploded at about 4:45 am around Oju-Irin, Lafenwa, in Ogun State.
This is happening days after the Ogere explosion where four casualties were recorded.
As reported in a statement by the Public Relations Officer of the Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE), Babatunde Akinbiyi, he said the explosion happened when some persons were trying to move the content of the tanker into another.
Residents were also seen trying to scoop some of the content from the fallen tanker which triggered the explosion.
The general public have been asked to vacate the premises while the issue is resolved.
As at the time this report was filed, two bodies were discovered, however they have not been identified as the corpses were burnt beyond recognition.
