ARMED robbers reportedly attacked a bullion van transporting money to a bank at Idi-Ape in Ibadan North East Local Government area of Oyo state, killing three police officers and four others today.
According to reports gathered, the armed robbers, who were said to have dressed in police uniform, trailed the van to Idi-Ape and, tried unsuccessfully to intercept the bullion van at the area.
In a video sent to our correspondent, there were dead bodies on the road waiting to be evacuated with a lot cars abandoned on the road with the occupants who apparently fled for their lives nowhere to be found.
