The Chairman of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Jubrin Walid on Thursday resigned his position.
Recall that Walid had said that he’s ready to sacrifice his position, if such will bring peace to the party.
Walid, who has six months to the expiration of his tenure, had said that the North cannot occupied all the key positions in the party.
He had said that it is not fair for the North to occupy the position of National Chairman, Board of Trustees (BoT) Chairman and Chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum.
