The Tailor Association of Nigeria (TAN) Ijebu Igbo Chapter turned up in large numbers to celebrate their anniversary and Awards were created to honor excellence in fashion design.
The event took place at Omo Ilu Foundation hall on 25th November 2022, where all the five popular towns, Oke sopen, Oke agbo, Atikori, Ojowo and Japara converge in one, with a large turnout of members, families, and friends.
The General Chairman of the association, Ogundero Olabiyi Ibrahim Aka Benso Fashion, told MarvelTv Updates that the group is still in need of members and urge Tailors in Ijebu and its environment to swiftly join.
In his words, Benso said;
“Our doxology to Almighty God for his immense love and support over this association. In the history of Nigeria, the TAN has remained a liable and best association so far.
“As much as possible that we are growing farther and wider, I urge every tailor in Ijebu to join us. The association is a big family, and together we shall get there.”

Speaking with our correspondent, the Executive Director of Kakaki Flawless wears, Owoseni Ridwan, a well-known and one the largest fashion designer in Ijebu Igbo said the association enabled citizens of Ijebu to wear their clothing with confidence and styles.
Whatever way you choose to appreciate your fashion designer, make sure that you do it from the bottom of your heart, he added.

The Asiwaju of Tailor association, Mr. Akeem Adeyera, AK Cut designer thanked God for the success of the program. He urged individuals without a job or any means of livelihood to venture into the Tailoring industry. It is a prominent business that has withdrawn a lot of the populace from poverty, he added.
In an interaction with the secretary of the association, Oluwadamilola, Dammy J Stitches, said “I have never regretted toiling as a fashion designer, if you are calm with work, it is productive, and you’ll love it.”
Mrs. Moriamo Busari, who has been working as a fashion designer since 1994 told Marvel Tv that, she has never wished for undone in her line of career. She added that the career liberated her from suffering and also took care of basic things in her life.
She said “I bought a piece of Land doing this job, so I encourage all the youths who have the interest to be a tailor to take that bold step. It is a lucrative business, that anyone can use to take care of the home.”
The event draws the curtain as popular Fuji artist, Muri Thunder entertained the audience.
