European champions, Real Madrid beat Saudi Arabia side, Al-Hilal 5-3 on Saturday to win 5th FIFA Club World Cup trophy in Rabat, Morocco.
Vinicius Junior scored Madrid’s opened on 13th minute. He was released by Karim Benzema, he surged into the box and smashed a great shot into the net after a one-on-one with the goalkeeper.
Eight minute later, Federico Valverde showed good composure inside the box to fire a first-time shot low into the middle of the net to make it 2-0.
On 26th minute, Moussa Marega, had a wonderful piece of finishing. He made a yard for himself after a well-taken pass inside the box and netted low into the middle of the goal to reduce the tally.
Vinicius Junior fed Karim Benzema inside the box, who was unmarked and he buried the ball in the top of the net to make it 3-1 for Madrid.
Four minutes later, Daniel Carvajal squared up the ball to Federico Valverde, who beat Abdullah Al Muaiouf with a brilliant shot into the top of the net to make it 4-1.
Luciano Vietto, on 63rd minute collected a pass and from inside the box he lifted the ball over Andriy Lunin, who was off his line to make it 4-2.
On 69th minute, Daniel Ceballos showed great vision to find Vinicius Junior with a cheeky pass inside the box, and his first-time shot was precise and sailed into the bottom right corner for Madrid’s 5th goal.
Al-Hilal pulled one back. Michael put the ball on a plate for Luciano Vietto, who scored with a simple close-range finish, as the match ended 5-3 and Madrid are champions again.
