Operatives of the Lagos Zonal Command of the EFCC, have arrested eight suspected internet fraudsters in the Giwa Oke- Aro area of Ogun State.
The suspects were arrested on Monday, May 15, 2023 during a sting operation Abosede Akinlaja Street, Giwa Oke-Aro, Ogun State, following credible intelligence on the activities of some young boys involved in computer-related fraud.
Upon their arrest, three vehicles, laptop computers and iPhone devices were recovered from them.
The suspects are: Michelle Adesunloye Segun; Musa Kunle Ige; Lawrence Oladayo Oyeyiga; Ademide Tobi Aroyehun; Adebisi David Olalekun; Emmanuel Oluwapelumi O; Opadotun Truth Segun and Ogundare Mayowa Babatunde.
