NDLEA Operatives Nabs 34 Suspects For Drug Trafficking | MarvelTvUpdates

During a raid on illegal drug dens in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), the personnel of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have detained 34 suspects.

Kabir Tsakuwa, the agency’s FCT Commander, told reporters in Abuja that some of the suspects had been charged and were receiving counseling.

He made sense of that the activity was required by the need to battle illicit drug use, particularly as Nigeria gets ready for handover to another organization.

He went on to explain that on May 8, the command launched “Operation Tsaro” to capture dealers and close down drug centers in the FCT.

“Our operatives seized a variety of illicit substances, including cannabis sativa, methamphetamine, tramadol, codeine, Rohypnol, and other psychotropic substances,” he asserts.

Tsakuwa promised that the raid would go on as planned to stop criminal activity in the FCT and cut down on the supply of hard drugs.

He made sense of that a portion of the medication areas of interest struck incorporate Torabora, dei, Wuse Zone 4, Wuse Zone 3, Banex, Garki Town, Region 1, Gwarinpa (Town, third Road), Abattoir in Karu, Gwagwalada, Kabusa, and Kuchigoro IDP Camp.
