A tragic incident has occurred in Gwarimpa, Abuja, where a young woman identified as Miss Aladi Tessy Offikwu was found dead in a hotel room.
She was from Olaidu, Edumoga in Okpokwu Local Government Area of Benue State and was known on Facebook as Itz Tessy.
According to reports, she checked into the hotel with an unidentified male companion the day before.
Tragically, hotel staff discovered her lifeless body the following morning. She was reportedly found lying face down, with her hands tied and a lyflex band around her neck.
The identity of the man she checked in with remains unknown, and no arrests have been made as of the time of this report.
This heartbreaking incident is a painful reminder of the dangers that can arise when meeting strangers. Please, always inform someone you trust about your whereabouts when meeting someone new, especially in private settings.
