Ijebu Igbo Regberegbe in Council, Orimolusi Ojude Oba Festival Planning Committee Visit Oba Jaiyeoba Lawrence Adebajo for Blessings and Support

The 2026 Orimolusi Ojude Oba Committee, alongside the Council of Regberegbe in Ijebu Igbo, has paid a courtesy visit to the Orimolusi of Ijebu Igbo, His Royal Majesty Alayeluwa Oba Jaiyeoba Lawrence Adebajo, to seek royal blessings and support ahead of the 2026 Ojude Oba festival.
During the visit, the Chairman of the Committee and Chairman of the Ijebu Igbo Regberegbe Council, Otun Ganiyu Babatunde, appreciated the monarch for his strong leadership and continuous support for the growth of the community.
He noted that the king has always shown commitment to the success of the Ojude Oba celebration. He also prayed for the monarch’s reign to continue bringing peace and progress to Ijebu Igbo.
In His Royal Majesty response, Oba Jaiyeoba Lawrence Adebajo warmly received the committee at his palace. He expressed his happiness over their visit, wished them success in organizing the 2026 Ojude Oba festival and assured them of his full support in ensuring the continued development of the town.
Members of the committee also expressed their gratitude to the monarch and offered prayers for his long life and peaceful reign.
