The Coordinator of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Ijebu North Local Government Chapter, Ogbeni Sobowale Abolaji, on Tuesday paid a courtesy and solidarity visit to the Tola Adebajo Foundation in recognition of the foundation’s outstanding contributions to community development.
During the visit, Ogbeni Sobowale lauded the foundation for its impactful humanitarian and empowerment initiatives across Ijebu North, describing its efforts as commendable and worthy of emulation. He noted that the foundation’s commitment to improving the lives of residents, particularly youths, students and farmers, has continued to make a positive difference in the community.
He said the visit was also an opportunity to officially acknowledge the remarkable work of the Tola Adebajo Foundation and to express the support of the NYCN for its developmental programmes.
The management of the Tola Adebajo Foundation warmly received the NYCN Coordinator and appreciated his thoughtful visit and words of encouragement. The foundation reaffirmed its commitment to sustaining initiatives that promote education, youth empowerment, agriculture and community development.
Both parties also discussed the importance of collaboration between youth organizations and non-governmental foundations in driving sustainable development and creating more opportunities for young people in Ijebu North.
