Kakaki Foundation Urges Parents to Plan Childbirth, Prioritize Children’s Education, Appeals to Sponsors for Continued Support

The Kakaki Foundation has advised parents and intending couples to properly plan childbirth and ensure they are financially and mentally prepared to provide quality education and proper upbringing for their children.
The founder of the foundation and media analyst, Owoseni Ridwan aka Kakaki, made the call during a live Facebook broadcast, where he spoke about the activities of the foundation and some of the challenges it is currently facing due to the economic hardship in Nigeria.
Kakaki explained that responsible parenting goes beyond giving birth to children. According to him, parents must also consider their ability to provide basic needs, quality education, good morals and a better future for their children.
He encouraged couples to carefully plan their families and properly manage the number of children they have, stressing that children need adequate attention, care and education to develop into responsible members of society.
The foundation also appealed to its sponsors and supporters not to stop their contributions, despite the difficult economic situation in the country.
Kakaki appreciated the individuals and organisations that have continued to support the foundation, saying their contributions have helped the foundation reach people in need and make a positive impact in the community.
He urged the sponsors to continue supporting the foundation, noting that their acts of kindness are not only helping humanity but are also acts of service to God.
He further advised married couples to work together, understand each other and pay proper attention to the upbringing and management of their children.
Kakaki stressed that building a better society begins from the home, saying parents have an important role to play in shaping the character, education and future of the younger generation.
The foundation therefore called on parents, couples, sponsors and well-meaning individuals to continue working together towards creating a better environment where children can receive proper education, care and opportunities to succeed.
