The father of late Nigerian singer Mohbad has appealed to popular content creator VeryDarkMan (VDM) to intervene following an alleged plan to conduct another DNA test involving Liam, the late singer’s son, on Saturday night.
In a video shared by WahalaNetworkMedia blog, Mohbad’s father expressed his family’s concerns over the proposed test, insisting that they would not accept an arrangement in which the location was kept from them.
He disclosed that Mrs Agboro had been sent to him regarding the planned exercise, adding that the family wanted transparency and proper communication before any further test could take place.
Appealing directly to VDM, he said:
“Please, I want to bring something to the attention of popular content creator, VeryDarkMan (VDM).
I was informed that another DNA test involving Liam, the son of late singer Mohbad, is being planned for Saturday night over the weekend. Mrs Agboro was sent to me concerning this matter.
However, our family does not accept the idea of conducting a DNA test at a location that will not be disclosed to us. We cannot agree to a process when we do not know where it will take place or have the opportunity to be properly informed.
Please, I am appealing that this matter be looked into before the planned test takes place. We want transparency, and we will not accept anything done without our knowledge of the location.
May God take control of this situation.”
