Nigerian music sensation, Kizz Daniel, has announced the appointment of his former label boss, Emperor Geezy, as the new CEO of his record label, Flyboy Inc.
You will recall that Kizz Daniel first rose to prominence under the guidance of Emperor Geezy, the founder of G-Worldwide Entertainment. Their collaboration resulted in the release of Kizz Daniel’s debut album, featuring hit tracks like “Woju” and “Laye,” which propelled him to stardom.
However, in 2017, Kizz Daniel’s relationship with G-Worldwide Entertainment turned sour, leading to a highly publicized legal battle over his contract. Eventually, he parted ways with the label, establishing his own label, Flyboy Inc.
During a recent interview on Way Up With Angela Yee, New York’s Power 105.1 FM, Kizz Daniel revealed that he has stepped down as the CEO of Flyboy Inc and appointed Emperor Geezy to take over the position.
He also disclosed that they have signed a new artist, identified as Pryme, to his music label.
