Super Eagles Will Qualify for the World Cup — Head Coach Chelle Assures Nigerians

Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle has pledged to make sure the team makes it to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Chelle, who advised his players to adopt a warrior mentality, made the promise in a chat with Nigerian legend Segun Odegbami on 90 Minutes with Mathematical on Eagle7FM on Saturday.
The tactician revealed that he would put in his best for Nigeria in their quest to secure a place in the World Cup.
“Thanks to the fans. Thanks to Nigeria. I am so happy that I have brought back the smiles on their faces.
“We beat Benin because the fans pushed the players. I ask them this: They have to do this (for the playoffs)…
“I plan to do my best for Nigeria, and Inshallah, we will go to the FIFA World Cup,” Chelle said.
