Chidinma Ojikwu a 21-year-old UNILAG student, who is the prime suspect in the murder of Super TV CEO, Usifo Ataga has pleaded not guilty to the crime.
Chidinma and another key suspect in the case, Adedapo Quadri appeared before Justice Yetunde Adesanya of the Lagos state high court sitting in Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos Island on Tuesday, October 12th and pleaded not guilty to the nine count charges against them bordering on the offences of murder, forgery and stealing.
They are currently being arraigned alongside Chidinma’s sister, Egbuchu Chioma from whom the late Ataga’s iPhone 7, was said to have been recovered.
