The Student Union Government of The Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State has sent a memo to all student stating that a student who was unlawfully dragged from school by SARS has been released.
The memorandum signed by the president of the association Jimoh Moruf Adekun describe the actions of the anti-robbery squad operatives barging into their great citadel of learning with guts and effrontery as uncalled for.
He also noted that the security operatives did not try to stop them when they took the student out of the school, leading to their prompt response to see through the end of matter.
Part of the memo reads:
“The day should always be filled with brightness but our state of melancholy introduce darkness though not powerful over light.
“Sequel to the disbanded special anti-robbery squad operatives popularly known as SARS barging into our great citadel of learning with guts and effrontery of picking up a Student without the school Securities halting them on their way out.
“As responsive and responsible Student Union body responsible for the welfare and Safety of the Entire Students. After making our move prior to the issue, it’s a great pleasure to inform the Entire Students of Federal Polytechnic Ede that the guy had been released.
