King Charles III’ Funeral Plans Unveiled After Monarch Is Given 2 Years To Live With Pancreatic Cancer | MarvelTvUpdates

According to In Touch Charles’ funeral plans have been outlined and unveiled as the ruling monarch continues to battle an undisclosed form of cancer.

The monarch’s funeral procession, named “Operation Menai Bridge,” will look similar to his late mother Queen Elizabeth II’s ceremonies, dubbed “Operation London Bridge.”

“Operation Menai Bridge” will see some familiar protocols, including his body being moved from the throne room at Buckingham Palace to Westminster Hall. He will lie in state, and his official funeral will take place nine days later. He will likely be buried in the royal vault at Windsor Castle.

“It’s a fairly common thing to do among the British royalty, but in Charles’ case, expediency is necessary,” a royal insider said of the plans, adding that “some courtiers believe Charles’ cancer is worse than they’re making it out to be.”

“It will have all the pomp and circumstance befitting a British monarch,” the source added.

According to the news outlet, Charles’ cancer diagnosis is declining as a source shared that the king is presumably battling something more than just cancer after doctors allegedly gave him just two years to live.

“King Charles is much sicker than the palace lets on and simply isn’t up to the job of running his fractious family, the crown’s business interests, and fulfilling the daily duties of the monarchy,” the royal insider told In Touch. “His cancer is eating him alive. He’s very frail. The situation is desperate.”

It comes amid his absence from the public eye as he continues to treat the disease. His royal schedule has also seemingly raised eyebrows after the royal calendar for the foreseeable future has him MIA.

Although he is expected to make an appearance at Windsor for service on Easter Sunday, his future program schedule has him employing the services of his sister, Princess Anne, to do the royal work.

Many had hoped to see the future king take the helm of the kingdom in his father’s absence, but much remains to be said as he appears to have relegated royal duties to attend to his wife, Kate.

However, an insider that the king doesn’t trust his son William to rule yet.

“Charles knows the pressures of being the monarch, and he just isn’t sure William is ready to take his place,” a source alleged, adding that William is “currently facing a public relations disaster.”

“It seems premature, and there could be consequences,” they added.

Another insider claimed that Charles’ wife, Queen Camilla, isn’t very happy with him due to his health condition.

“Behind the scenes, Camilla is disgusted by the king’s apparent weakness and is providing him little comfort as he battles his fatal cancer,” the source alleged. “By going on holiday, she was thumbing her nose at stepson William, who is incapable of shouldering the monarchy’s burdens on his own.”

As Charles continues the battle with cancer, the monarchy faces a race against time to maintain stability and calm the noise from the public.
