Sulaiman Oyekanmi Declares Intention to Contest for Federation of Ijebu Igbo Students’ Union President

The General Secretary of the Federation of Ijebu Igbo Students’ Union (FIISU), Sulaiman Mustapha Oyekanmi has officially declared his intention to contest for the office of President of the Union.
In his declaration, the aspirant said his decision was inspired by a deep sense of responsibility and an unwavering commitment to serving FIISU and its members.
According to him, his experience as the current General Secretary has equipped him with valuable leadership, administrative, and organizational skills. He said the opportunity to serve has strengthened his determination to contribute even more to the growth and development of the Union.
The presidential hopeful stated that his vision is to build a stronger and more united FIISU through transparency, accountability, innovation, purposeful leadership, and unity among students. He expressed confidence that, with the support and cooperation of members, the Union can achieve greater progress and make a lasting impact on every FIISU student.
He also appealed to all FIISU students to support his aspiration with their prayers, encouragement, and votes, promising to serve diligently and work in the best interest of the Union if elected.
The aspirant concluded his declaration by praying for God’s blessings upon FIISU and all its members, ending his message with the Union’s slogan:
“Aluta Continua! Victoria Ascerta!”
