A gubernatorial candidate in the 2019 election in Zamfara has been killed by unknown gunmen on Sinday evening.
The deceased who was an Abuja based business man was returning to Abuja from the weekend break when his car was attacked by the gunmen.
He was killed when the bandits blocked the highway and started opening fire on travellers.
